Global Citizenship

Being a Global Citizen is something important to us here at KIS. The school has developed a Global Citizenship statement to help explain the importance of this area. 

A KIS global citizen understands complex global systems, is open minded towards diverse perspectives, and demonstrates empathy towards others. They engage with others respectfully and ethically, show care for our natural environment, and take principled, sustainable action for the enhancement of their community. With compassion and intercultural understanding, they apply knowledge and skills with integrity to address challenges, fostering a peaceful, just future. KIS empowers learners to lead with understanding, inspire others, and drive positive change for a better world.
