Digital Marketing Supervisor /Admissions Coordinator

General Description:

  • Responsible for creating, executing and reviewing the school’s digital marketing activities
  • As part of the admissions team, manage the admissions process, from first contact to enrollment completion. 
  • Support Marketing Team and Admissions Team to achieve the school’s goals. 
     

Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 3-5 years in a similar role at an international school.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field

  • Experience working in a growing school or organization.

  • Digital experience, including creating content, video, infographics and text.

  • Marketing experience in a competitive market, online and offline.

  • Experience with storytelling and social media strategy.

  • Experience with website development and SEO.

  • Graphic design abilities.

  • Native-level English proficiency.

  • Excellent copy writing skills.

  • Ability to connect with people from different cultural backgrounds.

  • International experience.

  • An eye for detail and follow up skills.

 

Responsibilities:
 

  • Marketing

    • Together with the Marketing and Development Director, create a digital marketing plan to increase brand visibility and generate enrollment leads

    • Execute the digital marketing plan and review its performance

    • Ensure that the school’s online presence is kept up-to-date

    • Monitor the school’s online presence and take action as needed

    • Conduct a monthly competitive review/report to have a better understanding of market movements

    • Engage with customers through digital platforms and ensure an outstanding customer experience, both for prospective customers and existing KIS families

    • Generate and create content, including video, infographics and text, highlighting achievements and promoting KIS as a preferred option for schooling

    • Write copy for collateral materials, advertising, articles, press releases, directories, social media and other channels

    • Manage school website and SEO activities

    • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing developments

    • Manage all digital advertising

    • Create and distribute a digital school newsletter

    • Ensure brand consistency

    • Support offline marketing activities

    • Support graphic design activities

 

  • Admissions

    • Schedule, plan and host school tours

    • Manage the admissions process from first contact to enrolment completion

    • Conduct appropriate follow up with all leads

    • Answer parent questions relating to admissions and the marketing department and assist in dealing with issues  

    • Ensure successful enrolment of new students

    • Ensure admissions trends and challenges are communicated to the marketing team and school leadership

    • Support the New Family Orientation and the transition of new students.

 

  • Other

    • Engage in external marketing activities to ensure holistic marketing communication is put in place throughout the on and off line channels

    • Support initiatives to represent the school at external exhibitions, fairs, and promotional events

    • Promote best practice at all times within the school

    • Ensure familiarity with the KIS Child protection Protocol and follow the KIS Code of Conduct
