Governance

KIS is governed by an 12-member Executive Board that includes parent and staff representation.

The Board’s main responsibilities are to:

  • Hire, support, and evaluate the Head of School
  • Provide long-term strategic direction for KIS as an internationally accredited school
  • Ensure long-term sustainability of KIS finances and facilities
