KIS Students Represents Thailand in 2022 World Economics Cup
Our KIS economists have done it again!
On November 12, a team of 6 students of our Economics G12 students participated in a global economics competition called the World Economics Cup and represented team Thailand.
The competition had 42 participating countries, 53 participating teams and a total of 286 competitors. It was conducted online and had three rigorous rounds: Fundamentals, Deep Comprehension and Thinking and Innovation.
The jury included professors from Oxford, Harvard, MIT, University of Columbia and Johns Hopkins University, among others. This is the third year that KIS is participating in this global event.
All 6 students performed well and 2 did exceptionally well: Manat Sirisachadecha and Yash Dhaundhiyal achieved a bronze medal each for KIS!
Congrats Wolves!
