Leadership

The Head of School, the Primary School Principal and the Secondary School Principal lead the academic organization at KIS, with the Principals reporting directly to the Head of School.

The Principals are supported by a team of Coordinators who in turn provide support for Primary and Secondary School teachers. The Coordinators, along with the Principals, form academic management teams that continually assesses the programme and work towards the fulfillment of the school mission of academic excellence. A five-year strategic plan ensures consistency and provides direction and focus for future plans and developments.
