KIS is located in a quiet, gated and guarded housing estate and the artistically designed facilities are purpose-built to facilitate the instruction of the IB programmes.

The Primary School

The Primary School open plan classrooms are well resourced, student friendly and designed and organized to support the Primary Years Programme.

In addition to the roomy classrooms, the Primary School building has computer labs, a drama room, a science lab, a multi-purpose room, a small gymnasium and a large colorful library with a wide range of reading materials in both English and other languages. The multimedia centre, attached to the library, provides students with additional resources to support their information gathering and research.

The Secondary School

Secondary school students enjoy a dedicated building where they benefit from well-resourced facilities which support instruction of the Middle Years and IB Diploma Programmes. Facilities include fully furnished classrooms, a library and media centre, the IB Diploma Study Center, an Art Suite, IT labs, biology, chemistry and physics labs.

Shared Facilities

Covered walkways from the Primary and Secondary School buildings provide easy and visually stimulating access to facilities shared by both schools. The Arts Centre features music suites and a dance studio on the main level. A 25 meter swimming pool is situated on the 2nd floor. Adjoining the Arts Centre is the Auditorium with a 600 seating capacity and the school Canteen with 300 seating capacity. Outdoor facilities include two fully equipped age appropriate playgrounds for the Early Years and Grade School students, two covered sports areas, playing fields and tennis courts.
