KIS Knowledge
The dynamic curriculum offered at KIS is enriched by a well-rounded, global perspective. Students are equipped with the tools to master rigorous academic challenges in math, science, languages, literature, social sciences and the arts and our international focus helps them tackle broader challenges beyond the textbook. They learn individual integrity and how to be global citizens as they develop the skills for and through authentic life experiences. A rich variety of after school programmes, an active sports schedule, local and global community service, and travel programmes for study and for fun, take our students out into the world, while on campus they are involved in theatre and music, art, journalism, cooking, debate and many other activities.
KIS Inspiration
Artistically designed facilities in a green village community setting help inspire our students and staff. There's a palpable buzz of enthusiasm, enjoyment and encouragement fostered by our teachers who act as facilitators and mentors, helping students take ownership of their education. The inquiry-led aspect of the IB programmes gives students a breadth of knowledge that creates opportunities out of problems and inspires students to independently seek out solutions.
KIS Spirit
At KIS there is a spirit that flows through the entire school creating a team of teachers, staff, administrators and parents who work together to support student success. Our enthusiastic parents, teachers and staff are active organizers of a range of activities from fund raising concerts for emergency relief to being dunked in a water tank at the annual KIS Fair. Taking action together in the present and future is our way of making the community, the country and the world a better place, one KIS student at a time.
